I overheard Emily and Liah taking turns the other day standing on a step stool in the dining room and sharing their "testimonies". Liah got up and said something like this:
"I'd like to bear my testimony. I believe in the United States. And for-which-it-stands."
Emily then followed by getting up on the stool and reciting the pledge of allegiance.
Separation of church and state? You decide...
