Separation of church and state? I think not...

I overheard Emily and Liah taking turns the other day standing on a step stool in the dining room and sharing their "testimonies". Liah got up and said something like this:

"I'd like to bear my testimony. I believe in the United States. And for-which-it-stands."

Emily then followed by getting up on the stool and reciting the pledge of allegiance.

Separation of church and state? You decide...

I love the things that kids come up with. And the posts documenting the silly things kids say are always my favorite.

I am so glad to "see" you on blogger Amy.

Your kids are so cute. I love that they had a stool and were "preaching from the pulpit" to each other. How official.
