...but they don't anymore. So if you tell your mom you want "dinosaurs" for lunch, don't chew her out when she makes you dinosaur chicken nuggets, and didn't realize you meant dinosaur shaped sandwiches. Just sayin'.

Dinosaurs once roamed the earth...

Spot Shot!!!
I am now a walking commercial for this stuff! I had some stains on my carpet that I couldn't seem to get out for anything, and I found this stuff today that Jeremy had bought a few months back to clean some stains out of a car he bought, and I thought I'd give it a shot (no pun intended, though it fits in quite nicely), and the stain is gone! I hardly had to scrub at all! A certain sweet child of mine colored on my carpet and couch today, and I sprayed this stuff on it and it practically just wiped right off. This is the best stuff since Magic Erasers. Before
After!

Oh, pleeease!
So I got my first tag in blogland today from my dear sister-in-law, and I thought, well okay fine because it was from you I will look into it. It is the 4th file, 4th picture one... when what comes up but this little picture!!! It took me a minute to figure out who it was. You don't realize how much they change when you see them everyday. This is Emily on July 16, 2005. She just turned 1 five days earlier. I was already pregnant with Sean. Crazy what I had coming to me 8 months later.
So when I went to add a picture, the files show up opposite of the order they do on my computer (I have no idea if that just made any sense), so I figured I'd check out the 4th file, 4th picture from that direction, when what comes up but this picture from 8 months later. This is Sean with Emily and Liah on March 17th, 2006 in his room in Pediatrics at the hospital. He was born early with under developed lungs, and spent 5 days in NICU on a ventilator, then CPAP, then just oxygen before he could breathe on his own, and then he was moved to Pediatrics for a day, and then I finally got to bring him home. Overall, we were very lucky and blessed, and it seriously took me a year or so to realize that it wasn't my fault. And you'd never know it now that he started out this way!
(you can see his monitor wires coming out of his jammies)

Don't bug me!!!
So I took the girls to ballet today and Rebekah and I have this nice carpool set up so I didn't have to take any extra kids with me. A nice hour to just sit and read as much of this book as I can before I have to turn it in tomorrow because someone else has a hold on it. I only have 275 more pages to go out of 507. Think I'll make it? Anyway, so I'm sitting there reading for a half an hour all absorbed in the intricate details of a sinking ship carrying 600 people and millions of dollars in gold from the California gold rush... when all of a sudden I notice the lady sitting next to me staring in the general direction of the book I'm reading. She can't possibly be interested in what I'm reading. As I keep reading, I notice her glance at me and then point to my knee. Oh. My. Goodness. There is this 1.5 inch long cross between a spider and a cockroach just chillin' on my knee. Sick!!! You'd be proud: I didn't scream. I did almost pass out. But I didn't. The lady took a paper towel she was holding and flicked the nasty thing off my knee and her 5 year old girl stepped on it. I was so jittery after that I hardly read the rest of the time. I hate bugs!!!

Addison laughs!
Addison started laughing! He has the deepest little voice I've ever heard from a baby. I sure love this kid!

Liah's birthday and pajama party!
Last week, Liah turned 6. She wanted to go to Applebees for her birthday, and conveniently her birthday was on a Wednesday, which happens to be 99cent kids meal night at Applebees. I can do that.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Coloring thing" from Lorie
Free dessert shooter--chocolate, of course
New "Barbie thing" from Daddy

We had a pajama party last Friday for Liah's birthday. SO fun! (Thanks Janna for helping me!) We did pizza, footbaths, painted nails and watched movies!

Footbaths--2 at a time.
(thanks Janna! I know that's what you wanted to be doing 8 1/2 months pregnant)
Poor Sean at the girly pajama party... (Dad was on a scout campout)
Presents!

Blow! (Lame cake, I know... not so into cake decorating this year--but it gets the job done...)
Happy 6th Birthday Liah! I'm so glad you're in our family!

Happy Birthday Gramma MacGregor! 82 years young! It was only 2 years ago Seany and I came to your 80th surprise birthday party after we took you to a (ah-hem) fantastic version of Alice in Wonderland. I love you Gramma! And I miss you!
