I have had this little skirt suit and purse cut out for… a really long time. I made a pink one for Liah last year for her birthday and Emily desperately wanted one, too. One of my friends happened to have the pattern that was Emily’s size, so I borrowed it, got the material, cut it out and… forgot about it. After sewing THREE Halloween costumes last week, I decided it was time to finish up my forgotten project. I finished it today, and I am so proud of it!
Oh, and Emmy loves it with all of her cute little heart.
Addy decided he needed a picture, too.
I think Emily looks absolutely gorgeous in this picture. I love this color of blue on her. So pretty!
On a side note, last week, I was driving home when I saw this breathtaking sight:
On another side note I finally made muddy buddies with my kids a couple weeks ago. I’ve always wanted to and just never gotten around to it. They were a huge hit. Just looking at this picture makes me want more!

Oh, it turned out SO cute! I hope both girls wear them to church on Sunday!
Love the dress. Love the rainbow picture!
That is a BEAUTIFUL dress- you're so talented! I should send my unfinished projects your way- I have about 4 doll outfits cut out just waiting to be sewn & 3 or 4 outfits for Serra. Luckily they're in size 4T and 5T, so she hasn't outgrown the outfits I haven't made yet- but she will if I don't jump on it!
What a smart looking suit. I want to borrow that pattern!!
I love it!
