1. On Tuesday, we had an awesome enrichment meeting where we did an exchange where everyone brings their stuff that they want to get rid of, and then everyone takes from it what they want and the rest gets taken to Goodwill. So I was in charge of refreshments and we decided that hot chocolate was a fun idea, so I made a bunch of hot chocolate (which hardly anybody drank, but it was good!). Jeremy was out of town, so I had to take the kids with me. While I was setting it up, there was no nursery yet, so the kids followed me back and forth from the kitchen to the gym while I was carrying all this hot chocolate, and they were all singing "Hot chocolate! Hot chocolate!" over and over again. Super big nerds. It felt like straight out of Peter Pan, following the leader.
2. After this spectacular enrichment meeting, Liah says "Mommy, that was like a yard sale." Yes, it was. "But we didn't pay for anything" No, we didn't. "Mom, that's called stealing". So apparently, in my daughter's eyes, I am a thief.
4. You know it is going to be a fantastic evening when you think you're just going to make something easy for dinner, and you get the pot of water boiling, then dump in the entire box of macaroni and cheese, cheese sauce included. (not one word, Lorie... )

6. Moira was over here playing with Sean while the girls were at ballet. It was so cute watching them playing in the Jeep together. Sean was helping her with the radio, but my favorite part was when he got out of the Jeep and lifted up the hood to run a diagnostic (or just to see why it wasn't running... no battery, does it everytime)
7. Addison has the cutest little bath towels. Here are a couple of my favorites:
8. Finally, here is the quote that inspired my sister's threat in the first place. We used to be obsessed with these "Deep Thoughts" by Jack Handey: "Whenever anyone says "I can't," it makes me wish he'd get stung to death by about ten thousand bees. When he says "I'll try," five thousand bees. ("I can," one bee.) " Here's one bee to you Lorie....

I can totally relate to a lot of what you mentioned. But I love what Liah said. She thinks your a thief. That's classic.
I would have had some of your hot cocoa because I LOVE the stuff.
How old is your little guy?? He looks quite new still.
Amy, I'm so glad you're blogging. It's nice to see what's going on with you and your family. I can't believe how big Sean has gotten...he was barely learning to walk in that Sunday school marriage class we were in. Has it been that long? I would have totally had some of your hot chocolate and I love the candle holder thingy's. :-)
You baby is so adorable. I love what a great blogger you are and that it lets us take a peek into your family life. I mean, we probably live two miles away but I have maybe seen you three or four times since the wards split.
keep up the great work, your blog is so fun.
I had some hot chocolate... it was great! And the scones are sweet- way to score.
The hot chocolate was so yummy! I was so impressed by how calm and collected you were at Enrichment with all your kids. Such sweet baby boy pictures!
Great post! So much info! I love the picture of the hot chocolate...so cozy!
I loved the story about you being a 'theif'. That's classic :)
Well, don't let Liah see the sweet pair of shoes that I "stole". What a funny girl!
I love all these pictures, and I have to agree. My favorite one is of Sean doing some handiwork under the hood of the Jeep. What a man!
